I graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Informatics (Information Technology) with an area of concentration in Instructional Systems Technology.

My research interests include web usability, web accessibility, nonprofit technology, instructional design, integrating technology into education, and the use of web 2.0 technologies in different industries.
